Cancellations

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance and grooming products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
